Breather and Brothers

I decided to take little break from the blog after the last post because I had so much going on in my head that I needed time to focus and regroup. Laying everything down at the Lord's feet is sometimes hard to do because I feel like I need to be in control. What I have learned though, is that it is way better for Him to have all of the burdens than for me to try to carry them.

We have been going full force at our house and I was so thankful that this morning we did not have to rush to get up and get out the door! I snapped this picture of Connor and Cooper while they were watching The Smurfs. Moments like these make up for all the fighting and arguing they have been doing lately! If you look really close Cooper has his hand around Connor. I am so very blessed God gave me these two boys!

Tomorrow is Connor's 100th Day of School! I cannot believe that much time has gone by and in just a few short months he will be graduating from Kindergarten. I helped Mrs. Keel get some things together last week for it and I am sure he will have a great day!

One last thing, please keep Alabama in your prayers. We had terrible weather here last night, early this morning and families have lost loved ones, been hurt or have homes damaged or destroyed. It is so sad that we are going through this again although it is not near as bad as what happened on April 27, 2011.
